What is a permission application?

 

A permission application can be lodged to the Municipality to obtain permission to exercise a certain land use right without changing its zoning (Telecommunication mast, parking relaxation etc.)

 

The application will be submitted to the Municipality, where after it is assessed for completeness. When the application is found to be complete, the advertisement process can commence, if applicable.

 

The application is circulated to the relevant in internal departments of Council for their respective inputs and comments.

 

Approval of the application can be obtained within a few months if all departments provided positive comments on the application.
